I'm really sorry for your problem. Personally, I understand your frustration, but my advice is to keep trying to contact technical support once again. They are usually always available and responsive. Perhaps you encountered a period of higher request volume.

You probably have an order number, and with that, you can seek clarification.
Unfortunately, we don't have access to your personal data or your account, so we can't verify why it hasn't been repaired. I, too, have requested a repair recently and am waiting to receive the controller, and the only intermediary is the official Microsoft support.

Mine was stuck on green screen for over an hour. Talked to xbox support. They had me reboot it a few times. Now I'm stuck with a black screen. I called amazon.com and they are overnighting me a new one.
