Same here, after downloading for about 2 days its stuck on the loading screen and my other games wont even start....

Restart your console: Make sure you have tried restarting your console. This can solve many problems

Delete cached files: Try deleting all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then restart your PC. This will just rescan all your downloaded files in a few minutes

Update GPU Drivers: For the most part, a driver update is the best solution for this problem

It's not just the servers, there are other things to If someone on the losing team dashboards it can cause server to loose you. if a person turns off the xbox, one player is coming in and another leaves. there are alot of things that cause sever disconnection,
and the server overload screen to appear. Now yes the servers should be better than they are, but it will take time just like everything else with IW sorry...
