Stuck on "Avoid Me" due to glitched Reputation System

Cheats enforcement actions are only if you exploit in game bugs or use unfair advantage

This does not mean that there aren't other methods like camping etc or other annoying actions impeding the enjoyment of others however because it doesn't exploit it's. Not enforceable however doesn't mean your rep won't go down because you are a bad player

 

I really be impressed how you state that me and others are "bad players" but be careful you are talking of legal actions, when i never talked about that, but if that case would be a possibility i dont talk about that here or nowhere since for that exist
the lawyers, and is not my business.

But please i ask your gently and in a good way, try to dont call me a "bad player" without proof cause i can prove that i am a good player, and your cant prove the oposite, i always repected you, you just try to respect me. This is not a place to discuss,
your gave support, and i accept it, end of story.

PS: ngocphi about legal topics, there was OTHER PLAYERS (NOT ME) here on forums, the ones who talked about DISGRAGATION, SEGREGATION or DISCRIMINATIVE actions against other players. PLz try to dont put all cats on the same bag. Thx.

 

And btw... i readed the last post of ngocphi, en never make camping or other controversial game action, but and as far as i remember, there are NO restrictions on TOU or COC where "CAMPING" would put a player in a limbo, or purgatory of players, cause if
that could be possible, MS and XBOX must clarify on TOU or COC for e.g. saying "if a player do "CAMPING" on a shooting or FPS game he can be blocked of play with other players that dont like it" but as far as i know thats not the case.

I think you're really failing to see the actual issue here. The Reputation system can be exploited by people just by Blocking another person for being too good at the game. I'm not trying to brag or snything like that, but many of us who are under "Avoid
Me" were all in the Top 100 players on Overwatch. The #1 and #2 snipers on Xbox, along with the #2 player for overall score, and many other top-tier players have all been blocked by so many other people to avoid playing against us, that we now have lost multiplayer
privligee. It's not because we are tozic players.

Blizzard had to scrap their Avoid Player on feature on PC because people were doing the same thing, and acoiding good players rather than toxic ones just so they wouldn't have to play against them. The #1 sniper on PC could rarely ever find a game before
the feature was removed.

I know the Rep system may sound good in theory, but some of you guys are blindly defending the system and not recognizing the obvious faults. But hey, don't take our word for it. How about a major game developer. Read this statement from the 343 devs regarding
the implementation of the Reputation ssystem and how they actually had to change their matchmaking playlists to ignore Rep.

"Recently, however, we noticed that some players were using blocks to avoid playing against upstanding players, as well as negatively impact their rep, specifically in ranked play. As this was never the intent of the system, the Xbox team has pushed out
a recent update that will ignore player blocks in the following (ranked) MCC playlists"

Also, you guys are talking about lawsuits, and I honestly don't think a group of peopl filing Class Action is out of the realm of possibility. Legitimate customers are having their products made unplayable without any violations, and no course of appeal.
