Stuck on "Avoid Me" due to glitched Reputation System

Hello and good evening. Been on Xbox Live for eight years here and this is the first time that I have been dipped in such a category and I cannot even play online with people because of this flawed reputation system.

Other players had reported me falsely for cheating despite that I have been casually minding my own business and playing GTA Online without getting in the way of others and doing what I just want to do. I have been playing GTA Online ever since it's launch
on October 2nd, 2013 and have a legitimate level, K/D and in-game amount of money. I have never, ever used a JTAG Xbox 360 nor used those cheating DNS servers that plague GTA Online on the 360.

My current rank on my main GTA Online character on the Xbox One is Level 746. And that rank is expected to be seen with almost three years of playing the game, even being part of a few live streams with Rockstar before. However, due to the JTAG issue on
the 360 along with the character transfer system, there have been many alternate accounts being made with ridiculous profiles, ranks, K/Ds, modded stats, impossibly high GTA money amounts and invisible/glitched character bodies.

I even take Xbox screenshots of every cheater I see in lobbies. I refuse to engage them, but I like to save evidence that may come in handy. I even report said cheaters through the usual menu and block them too.

Yet, a legitimate player such as me gets reported just for minding his own business and playing the game? I understand some people cannot tell I'm a legitimate player, but it shows on my Rockstar Social Club profile and stats ( s31.postimg.org/.../GTAonlinestats.png
). This is ridiculous!

Also, I checked my reputation on the enforcement page, and it also seems to be confused as to what I am. And those reports I got against me all seemed to happen within the last week to today. ( s32.postimg.org/.../flawedrepsystem.png ) And I cannot make
a case about this problem either? Because my bar is shown as a "Good Player", but my console reputation is "Avoid Me" so quickly due to all of these false accusations, the system refuses to sync properly and I cannot make a case nor game at all through other
games.

As for the communication issues, I know I have been recently suspended for one week for communication, but I had accepted it and waited until it was lifted.

This system really needs to be looked at again. I know some of the games here take their reports and stat readings differently, but even then, the amount of people being sent to the "Avoid Me" reputation is picking up again, and it hurts legitimate players
mostly. And I signed up for the Xbox Live Ambassador program a good while ago too and know how the Code of Conduct works.

If there is any way to fix this issue rather than hoping I could somehow end up in matchmaking in other games (again, somehow...) I would appreciate it. I'm even trying to get into other games, but with no luck at all. This glitchy, busted system is not
syncing up to my actual stats, thus preventing me to make a case as well.

And I would prefer no 'cookie cutter' copy and paste. I would like to have an official Enforcement member or anyone official to look at my stats and fix this issue.

Flawed reputation system "avoid me"

the reputation system in place on the xbox one is too flawed and punishes long standing "good players" in just a short time! As stated by program manager Micheal Dunn at this official xbox page
news.xbox.com/.../games-reputation-feature a player would have received SEVERAL notifications before getting avoid me reputation status. It also states that the system is set
to take into account all the multiplayer matches without "avoid me" incidents to take into account all the good hours you've played multiplayer. Well a) there was only one notification from dropping to yellow from green and no "several notifications" of
any kind that I was getting close to or need to avoid "avoid me" reputation status. Also b) this happened in a 2 week time from grievers on a very "sore losing" competitive multiplayer game of RISK. They didnt like when I would team up with other players
to take them out faster but initial alliances are always needed in world war...duh!

Anyways to say the least i've had good standing player reputation and played 1000's of multiplayer matches just fine on xbox live since the early 2000's and now this system in place punishes me in a 2 week period of time from my behavior in ONE Game and
can no longer play any multiplayer matches on bf4, gta online, cod aw zombies, not ANY of my other multiplayer games work. Enforcement team isnt any help because they dont even know how the system works, they state for players to play multiplayer matches
without incident and suggest to have other players give "good rep" not even knowing obviously how the system works! There currently isnt a way for other gamers to "good rep" you on xbox one nor do any gamers I know including myself ever go give feedback when
you had a good experience with someone!

This whole system in place is rubbish and im living proof why it doesnt work. Gamers give bad rep more than good rep naturally, there isnt even a way anymore for players to even give good rep, and it obviously doesnt take into account the countless hours
of good multiplayer gaming i've done over a decade's worth of time or even since Nov. 13 on this new system. Who is going to undo this wrong, chat support, "talk to enforcement", enforcement, "you'll have to play multiplayer matches without incident and have
players give good rep on you and will take quite some time". (even though you cant do either of these things and is just a spinoff). Forum mod's/ambassadors, "you should post your feedback ideas on uservoice". (been there done that, am I suppose to wait
months or years not playing multiplayer waiting for them to finally take notice of the build up's of complaints on flawed system?). Nobody at MS seems to take accountability or know how to treat a paying customer, selling me games and then taking away my
multiplayer for actions from one game in a short period of time without proper warnings in place that Micheal Dunn stated on your official website is suspect of a fraudulent system in place.

 

Flawed reputation system "avoid me"

My friends and I are only 10. I use xbox live to play with my friends at school and only really play Terraria or Minecraft. I have been given a bad reputation for absolutely no reason and as a result now have 3 stars but i have never been any bother. I
used to always have 5 orange stars and was proud of this. I cannot play multiplayer because of this error and i was wondering how to be restored to "Good Player".

Contacting the enforcement team has got me no response.

Is there a flaw in the reputation system and i have been placed in the 'Avoid Me" zone in error?

Please can i be restored to 'Good Player" as this is upsetting me and affecting my ability to enjoy my experience of Xbox Live with my friends

If a XB Forums Ambassador Program member is posting here that the Reputation System is Flawed/Glitched then all my complains of the lasts weeks are having fundaments... and now i am not feeling alone, i said many times, and now i repeat the system have faults
and that faults are hitting and ruining XBL Experience to Loyalty and Really Good intentional PLayers like me (10 years GOLD) and lots more, like for E.G. "NOT BIG BOSS" (8 Years GOLD and Ambassador Program Member as he said)

Now i really hope we get a real and expeditive solution to our problem.

I can take part of the Enforcement program and deem what gamertags are appropriate or offensive with a few clicks.

Sounds like there's a bit of confusion and I wanted to clear some things up. There isn't an option to file a Case Review for your reputation, the only way to improve your reputation is to play fair and keep the good sportsmanship going. Keep in mind that
if you send other users rude messages it can affect your reputation.

The Enforcement team is currently aware that the top bar of the reputation page is showing the incorrect reputation, but the reputation on your profile should be correct. Unfortunately we're unable to provide support for Enforcement related questions, but

I want to point out that I was falsely accused for cheating even though I've been playing a game for nearly three years and minded my own business for one day. One day of no talking or combating other players, and eight years of being a "Good Player" went
down the drain.

 

And btw in my Enforcement site page is true that the TOP BAR of the reputation always showed me as GOOD PLAYER i am not complaining about that i am complaning cause the Graph Bar on that Enforcement site that Shows my REP ORANGE (for last days of MAY) and
RED for JUNE, since today it is showing GREEN on JULY but my Profile REP is still stuck on RED, now if the MODS or AMBASSADORS wants to LOCK this thread too as they do with almost all complains of the users, go ahead do it but at least, and i am not wanting
to be unrespectful, plz give me an answer about this particular issue that show a different REP level between Enforcement site and Profile, cause it seems that i was updated on Enforcement site but not reflected on profile. Thx a lot in advance. And plz, remember
that we are costumers, users and most of us really loyalty to MS and XBOX brands/products, try to do us to feel confortable, cause in the last weeks i felt a bad attitude against lots of us. We or at least me just want to make XBL the best place to enjoy and

And I would like to point out that this fellow managed to get his Reputation reset back to "Good Player" from these forum posts after contacting representatives. And he too, was also falsely accused for cheating during gameplay, and then reported on by
groups of people who blocked him and reported him. Now he's back to being a "Good Player".

This xShadowz3 player made a topic (which I linked in my last post) about his reputation on June 27th. His reputation was reset and restored back to "Good Player" on June 28th, 2016 at 9:22 PM.

Not Big Boss i just dont believe anymore on this system... all that support told me is not the way they said, the system is glitched/bugged or put the adjetive you want but is not working as the spirit of it was maked.

And about that guy i have my reserves, is very strange his post.

Well not as bad as my case. I've been playing xbox for 7 years and never been at avoid me status. Now people think I cheat in Call of Duty and now I'm at avoid me status too. I dont hack or use any glitches or exploits, yet here I am with 41 false complaints.
