    stuck on a screen that I cannot open anything or perform any functions at all


    Tried to sign in and go to amazon through xbox 360- realized I had the option on my tv- , turned it off. Now it is stuck on a screen that asks me to sign on to live-I do not play online,never have & gives me a small dashboard , but nothing opens & I can
    do nothing. Tried unplugging etc & tried turning on & pushing right rigger & y button..help, please..

    Xbox Dashboard Issues - Home Screen, Can't Get Into Settings

    My Xbox is stuck on the Home screen on the Dashboard, I can open games that I have installed on the console but not apps like Netflix, or Settings, also I cannot go into My Games & Apps or click the button on the right side of the screen that says "Connect
    to Xbox Live" I have already hard reset the console multiple times and still cannot do anything.

    Do you mean that you are stuck on the uploading or initial configuration screens of the Xbox? I just purchased the Elite bundle and cannot go past those screens at the moment. Or have you configured your Xbox and you are stuck on the boot up screen of
    a game?

    What specific message are you seeing asking you to sign in? Are you able to sign into your account successfully on that screen?

    If you try
    clearing Xbox 360 cache     after signing in, does that help with what you're experiencing on your Xbox 360 console?

    Thanks @Studbucket. Surround Sound (BETA) is in fact already enabled. I also find that while fast forwarding/rewinding, the function often becomes "stuck" on a black screen and will take minutes to restore. Is this a known issue? Anything else I can

    Hi. Any more news on this? Since installing the expansion to COD, i.e. Exo Zombies my Xbox One (Call Of Duty console btw) has become very unresponsive. The game gets stuck in-game, through the opening video sequences and on the Xbox home screen where I then
    cannot launch any apps or games at all. I have had to hard reboot at least once a day and this does not fix the whole problem.

    Xbox Wireless Adapter causes BSOD

    I'm getting the same issue as HelpfulEarth and KindaPancake778 (I presume). Any updates to this? It is has rendered my PC unusable, and I'm in the right mind to return the adapter since it's primary functionality cannot be performed.
