Stuck inside the preview program...

The preview program was put on my XBox by the previous owner, so I do not know much about it.

Hi guys,

I bought my XBox off of a guy back in July. It's great, but I found out I had one problem: there were truckloads of updates.

I did a bit of research, and discovered I was in the preview program. I confirmed this by the feedback messages I was getting, and the new 'clubs' feature I have.However, my preview dashboard app has gone missing.

When I first set up the console, I found that the previous owner had not factory reset the console, he'd only deleted his account. So, without really nosing around, I just factory reset the console. I think that the preview dashboard app could have been
deleted when I factory reset the console, but I do not even know if it had been on the console since I had owned it. As much as I loved the features, my internet speeds couldn't keep up with the updates so I need to remove myself from the program.

I've searched endlessly for the answer, but I can't find it. I've of course tried looking in the ready to install and in the store. I've also tried hard resetting the console, but there's been no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Insider program

I was invité by xbox for the system preview program. But when I go the insider hub and then go to insider content I Only got apps joined xbox insider program and not the system preview program.

 

Joining the Alpha in Insider

Hi is there anyway of me joining the Alpha section on the Insider program?. My cousin homed his preview on mine and his Xbox and I never got joined until the Insider came out and he invited me to the preview program like a year or so before the Insider program.

Contact support directly to see if they can get your console removed from the preview program. You will probably need the serial number to the console when you call.

You can also use the preview program app on the Xbox itself as well to remove your console. You won't be completely out of the program until the next update, but you'll get no more downloads.
