Stuck in Xbox Family, impossible to leave. Can't buy ANY games on Xbox One, and can't ...

This has seriously been bugging me for the last 5 days, I can't buy anything on my Xbox One, I've been looking for an hour how to post a new post on Xbox.com, because the 'new post' button is REALLY hard to find, and I'm really stupid. I'm also irritated
because Xbox Support doesn't have any tools to deal with it.

Let me explain:

My account is probably 4 years old, I don't remember so well, I've always had permission to buy games, and I WAS ABLE to buy games for 4 years, the parent to my Xbox Family was my older brother, my parents bought me an Xbox as a gift when they went on a
trip, and it would just be easier for my brother to use his account as my parent, without an email to his account. Now that account no longer exists, probably deleted long ago, I can't get it back, and a child can't manually leave a family, so I'm stuck in
mine, with no permissions to buy games, and can't change anything about it. Trying to use my real parent's account to add my real account into family doesn't work, there's just an error message saying I'm already in a family. MS support is powerless to do
anything about this, but this has to be read by SOMEONE who can report this error, or someone who has a solution, but as far as my experience with 5 days of bad luck, there probably isn't. The only way to recover my permissions to buy a game is for someone
to remove me from my family but support can't do that, so either I gotta wait 3 years to turn 18, or someone at Microsoft has to mess with the Family system. I don't know what to do if I were to report this error to someone important who can actually do something.
I'm just hoping for better luck as I've finally figured out how to use these forums, I'm not good with forums. If someone knows, please explain to me what to do.

My Family Problems

When trying to buy Killer Instinct, it does not let me do to having a child account, and tells me to change the settings in My Family. When I go to My Family, it tells me I am not in a Family, so I try to add myself to my parents account's family, but it
tells me I'm already in one, making it impossible to get in a family and buy any games on the Xbox Store. I have My Family set up for Windows Phone and it works perfectly fine, and even when I try to remove myself from the windows phone one, using the same
parent account on Xbox One to make a family still says I'm already in a family. When I rejoin the family on Windows Phone it works fine, but Xbox One still won't work and I can't buy games.

 

Removing someone from my family who does not exist

I'm sort of having this problem as well. An old parent account I made during the creation of my account has me added to their family and I have no way of accessing this account because I believe that it has been deleted due to the 365 days thing. Currently
have 40 quid in my account and can't buy anything because I can't change any of my settings because I can't access that parent account.

 

Microsoft can't remove your account for legal reasons, if your account is a minors account they are legally bound to prevent purchases.

Your brothers email account should still exist if it is a Hotmail/Live account unless he intentionally deleted the account. If they didn't manually delete the account but don't know the password they can recover the password with the "Forgot Password" link
on sites like Hotmail.com and Live.com etc.

The support group you should contact about this is the Live Support team who manage accounts -

As I said, my brother's account wasn't linked with an email, so I'm very certain it's impossible to recover it, neither me, nor my REAL parents can change my permissions anymore.

 

Sorry, as I said, I'm an idiot, I found the email, my brother has 3 different, we guessed and guessed and eventually we found it, got myself out of the family, and into a new, REAL one. I can now change permissions.
