Stuck in The End - Minecraft

I have managed to fall in The End and didn't die, so being fairly new to the game I looked at the settings and set spawn thinking I would be able to spawn somewhere else, and instead now I cannot leave the end and every time I spawn I die within 5ish seconds,
without deleting the world I was wondering if there is a solution to this please?

Couple of new Minecraft screens

Not long to go peps. Minecraft comes out next month! Most of my friends tho are stuck with only an Xbox 360 console. I hope it comes out within the first 15 days of next month, not towards the end

Minecraft has beta and I unrolled from it so I should have minecraft.

So minecraft is stuck on the beta for two weeks. I already got rid of it but still there. Only one computer has beta stuck so I want it out now. The game it broke. Stuck on beta, won't update, and anyone who made minecraft won't help.

Yes i did join the minecraft beta and i notice i couldn’t join my friends so i unsubscribed to the beta unistalled minecraft then when i tried installing it back i had issues which leads me to where im at now

Ah, thanks for that info.

This is almost certainly the cause of the issue.

Please read, start to end, and then follow start to end the following guide, from Minecraft support:

So, to try to reset your game/account, follow start to end that guide. Join again, to make sure it is recognised, and then follow that guide to Leave after that, with restarts of the Xbox in between steps to make sure it "sticks".

There is a section on what to do if you get stuck in the beta also at the bottom.

And please reply back after that and let me know how it goes

Have you checked that no other button are stuck? I had that problem and it ended up being a stuck option button.
