stuck in minecraft: can’t log into my microsoft account

So when I did that I couldn’t log back into my account because I'm stuck on a infinite loading screen so it never loads. So now i can’t log back into my account and now i can’t play any of my games up there

I can’t believe this hasn’t been fixed yet. Just downloaded minecraft for my sister and created a microsoft account for her. The app keeps crashing. It can’t login to her account and crashes during log in. When I skip login it crashes in settings.

I can’t believe the state this app is in... I don’t remember Minecraft being this unstable before it was under microsoft. There are reports from october and here I am months later still having the same problem...

Latest ios version, latest minecraft version. The game is unplayable. Can’t believe you are asking money for this...

Game only works with wifi turned off.

I understand but I just don’t get why I can’t create a Microsoft account and delete the other one, it’s every time I try to log in to a different one I’m my Minecraft account it just tells me to go to my other one well that doesn’t work because my WiFi so I’m stuck in a never ending loop because I have a disk, the data for Minecraft won’t change because I’m not logged in and I’ve tried deleting it but it comes right back the same and I have another account but I don’t have PlayStation plus and I’m just mad and angry at all this for 2 days, 2 hours everyday and I’m just mad. Thanks for the help microsoft. Release a game that won't let player's actually play, then don't do anything to remedy it. Perfect customer support. No wonder the player base died in recent years. Thought EA didn't care about playerbase but I was wrong.
