Stuck in Minecraft Beta on Windows 10

I've followed all of the instructions for leaving the Minecraft Beta using the Xbox Insider Hub, have tried to un-install and re-install many times, but Minecraft is still stuck in Beta on Windows 10. Not sure what else to try? This has been going on
for a month.

Hey there, SnappyBark0! Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta is only available free for users that had the original Minecraft: PC (or Mac) Edition. If you only have the Minecraft: 360 Edition, you will not be able to get the Windows 10 Beta version for free.

I checked into this
forum post and it seems like you may need to contact
Mojang Support. Usually a uninstall and reinstall of the game should work, however in your case it hasn't.

Looked through some of the help articles - man the information is confusing.

Anyways from what I'm inferring from the posts is that you can play Windows 10 to Windows 10, and Pocket Edition to Windows 10 and that's it right now.
