Stuck in low res mode 480p. how can I fix it?

I have a one s. I did a console update and got the black screen of death. I made a usb flash drive boot and got it working again but the hdmi will not auto detect and it defaults to 480p. it works but when I try to put it on 180p or 720p or 4K it doesn’t work so I reset it again pressing all three front buttons and resetting console and it doesn’t work how can I fix it? I also tried sync and eject button to force low res. When I turn off hdmi auto detect and manually try to select anything but 480 nothing happens. I also tried a different hdmi cable and a different tv. Nothing ! I looked all over the internet for more answers and have tried everything. Ready to give up thinking it’s just broken

how can You fix this problem if You have an iPhone? I don’t have an ultra game mode to turn off and my screen is stuck in vertical mode

Hi I also need help, I have a xbox one s and I have the no signal problem,i know how to fix it and put it into low res mode but when I change the resolution [For example 720p] it just sendsme back to the no signal thing. Please help.

Would i have to start up the xbox on low res mode because of how often it turns the screen black it would be hard to get to settings
