Stuck in loop of select account

    Once i have launched HW2, It asks me to select an account whilst also having another window come up that says "Welcome back" with the account i bought the game on selected. If i press "lets play" on the second window after closing the first, it loads for
    a second then just repeats from the start again with the same two boxes; if i select an account with the first box it loads and goes back to the "Welcome back" box and the same thing happens if i press the "lets play button". no matter how many times i try
    it just keeps looping

    This happened during the blitz beta as well and i wasn't able to fix it then either, since i just got the game, it has never worked. I'm currently logged in the Xbox app and the store app, although i also have issues with logging into the halo app (login
    box instantly disappears). I've also reinstalled all the windows 10 bloatware using the power shell as to make sure i'm not missing anything critical.

    Stuck In Parent Account Loop

    You can try contacting support over the phone and see if there is a way for them to manually promote your account to adult. I'm not sure if it would work, but you really don't seem to have many options at this point.

    Well the only thing I can think of is if your friend is using XBL currently with the account that created yours, he could easily figure out his email address.

    When on the dashboard, on the top right corner your gamertag and email that is tied to the gamertag should cycle constantly.

    He would then be able to write his email address down and then use the forgot password function when trying to access his email.

    had a look....and it seems like you need to actually sign in to change all that....as i cant get a new password that would be impossible.
