Stuck in hot wheels map with Hailey talking

We understand that you have an issue with FH5 Hot wheels expansion pack that when you load it stuck and you are set to Hot wheels academy qualifier. Let's check on this together and sort it out.

For us to understand and assist you better , we would like to ask more details about it. Please provide us the information by answering these questions;

• When did you purchased the Hot wheels DLC? recently?
  
• May I know if you have both game and DLC installed on the same drive?
  
• May I know if you tried opening the game with a secondary account (or a different profile) to see if the issue persists there?
  This helps us to isolate a bit more the issue.

I have this same issue, i bought the fh5 game pre-ordered, and downloaded the hotwheels dlc as soon as it was available, but i cant get past this same point this guy above is talking about, it lets me set the waypoint and then i cant press back or exit, theres no back button option either, ive exited the game 4 times and restarted it 4 times, ive made sure the dlc was downloaded im on the only account i have, the game is fully updated, please help

I am having the exact same issue. Purchased Hot Wheels Expansion yesterday. The map icon Didn't show. Uninstalled. Made sure to reinstall on internal for both the game then the Expansion. I own it. Tried in my account and kids, both have completed the entry items. Hot Wheels never shows in the middle top of map. When I go to bring menu up and click Hot wheels it says I have to complete Hot wheels intro before I can fast travel there. The hot wheels intro icon never shows on the map.

Thanks, so when you launch Forza 3 the Hot wheels bit is where? There's World Map Blizzard thing but the Hot Wheels thing is greyed out. I assume thats the bit I paid for?
