Stuck in green loading screen after April update

hi there, hope you can help.

We have just applied the April update to our xbox one, and now it is stuck at the green xbox one loading screen with the 3 dots alternating. There is activity in the machine, but it has been stuck on this screen over an hour now!

what should I do?

I got that same update now xbox stuck on main green loading screen what gives

 

My xbox is stuck on the applying update page.

Same here, console was working fine last night with update installed, but since this morning keeps getting stuck at the black screen (after green loading)...tech support recommended the diagnostic tool, am also now stuck at about 75%...

Sorry to see you're experiencing an issue after updating your Xbox One console.

Let's see if we can get this sorted quickly for you.

Please can you hold your finger on the power button for 15 seconds? Your console will shut down during this, but keep your finger on it.

Once 15 seconds is up, let go, unplug all the cables from the back, plug them back in, then switch on your console.

Let me know if that doesn't resolve the issue.

 

I am having the same problem and have tried the first response of holding the off button for 15 seconds and unplugging but it still is stuck on the green screen.

 

Mine is stuck in applying update. I've tried the system tool but its stuck again in applying updates. Won't do reset either.

Can you hold your finger over the power button for 5-10 seconds to shut it down, then restart the console?

 

It froze during the update so I restarted the Xbox and now it's stuck

Can you try unplugging everything again, but leaving it unplugged for 10-25 minutes?

i tried it and It is not reading the flash drive.

 

im having the same problem, i cannot get a flash drive so i cannot do the offline update. what are my options?

 

I got the same problem, stuck on Green screen of Death.... Nothing works....

 

My xbox is stuck on the applying update page.

i reseted it 7 times.
