if you found yourself in the same situation on the PS4 the process would be exactly the same

the complaint system on xbox live is not broken,it works just fine.

Your expecting insant action & it doesn't work that way.

If you have filed a complaint then it will be investigated.The enforcement team can get 1000's of complaints per day which all have to be looked into,they can only do so many at a time.

No matter how many times you post the answers will be the same.

The ban/suspension forums are to enquire about a ban or suspension,not to request action on a complaint.

It may be worth contacting the games developers to see if they can do anything.

So far I've been waiting around 5 days for action to be taken against someone making it so I can't use my Xbox. I'm in a lose/lose situation. I give up my record or I can't use my Xbox.

I've talked to the publisher and developer. I mentioned in the other deleted threads. They are well aware of this exploit and mention that they wanted to patch it but didn't due to the cost of putting out a patch (Making it and then cost of putting it
out).

I don't expect instant action.

I didn't expect this to take a week....

It is just unsettling to me that this is the most likely scenario....

1 - I leave the game

2 - My record is wrecked

3 - No consequences for the offending party

The system is broken if it takes around a week and there is no informing me regarding of the process. Supposedly it takes more than a week, around two.... and I'm not going to know what happens or if anything will happen. Let's say they've looked at it
and decided someone can do this. Some people have said that it is against the CoC some people have said it isn't against the CoC. I can't even write why I believe it is. I can just hit "Tampering" which this isn't exactly.

It would be great if I could write a short note including this.

CoC Violations:

- Utilizing unauthorized methods to gain advantage or disrupt the competitive landscape of Xbox Live

- Exploiting game vulnerabilities

- Be polite and treat others with respect. Just because you’re online doesn’t mean you should be a jerk.

That seems like quite the oversight. I'm also surprised that as they can play asynchronously (by virtue of not having a timer) that you're not able to close the game and return every now and again to play your turn.

It just stinks staying in the game for nearly a day now. I figure I'll keep reporting every once in awhile till something happens. I love game Ubisoft made but allowing the game not to have a timer was a serious mistake. This is actually the third time
this has happened to me (In 1,500+ games).

We have tried to help you and tell you that the Enforcement Team does not look in the forums. All you are doing is spamming the forums and really not accomplishing anything. You say that its unfair and it is that they are cheating. Can any of us do anything
about it.....nope. The Enforcement Team get thousands of report to look at, so they will get to yours when it gets to them. If you want to play as much as you say I would quit, because from what I gather you are going to lose the game either way.

I know I'm blowing up this forum and endlessly bumping my post but I have a hard time believing one person on the enforcement team hasn't heard about this yet. I've posted to the banning forum so they've seen those posts and not posted them (PMs sent to
me).

This can be fixed within moments by the right person.
