Could you give these steps a shot and let us know how it goes? If the issue persists, please post back which region you're located in, and which version of Windows your PC is running (Windows 8, 8.1, or Windows 10).

1. To uninstall programs, to go Settings.

2. 3. Select System > Apps & features.
3. 4. Select the program, and then select Uninstall. Some apps built in to Windows can't be uninstalled.
4. 5. Follow the directions on the screen.
5. Within the Windows Store, search 'Microsoft Jigsaw' to install the game back on.

After you give what Mister Beep has posted a shot and you can confirm that it doesn't resolve what you're seeing, please get us a copy of your DxDiag. You can do that by following the below steps:

- Hit the Windows Key on your keyboard, or click in the Search box on your task bar

- Type 'dxdiag' (without the apostrophes) and hit enter

- Click "Save all information" once it's completed gathering everything (there is a progress bar on the bottom left you will see)

- Save it to a location you will quickly remember, titled with your Gamertag and DxDiag (the name should look like
DxDiag if it were my text file)

- Upload the text file to a file sharing site of your choice (we suggest using
OneDrive)

- Post back with the link to the text file

Try deleting it, clearing your cache and then redownloading it.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

If that still didn’t work, may I ask if this is a digital game or a disc game? Also, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console?

Is the download stuck at 0%? Only preparing?
