Stuck in an endless void of green.

I've been using my xbox one for 2 months now and haven't had issues, but now I turned it on and I've been stuck on the initial green screen ever since. I've tried restarting the console and I've tried resetting the Internet connection. Please help.

How the H* did you manage that I am stuck in an endless loop of troubleshooting with microsoft, no solution is working

 

Locked at green screen

Mine has been stuck on the green screen for hours I have tried unconnecting power and reseting but is still stuck on the green screen. is this possibly green screen of death?

 

Have you tried holding in the off button on front of the console until the xbox turns itself off ?

 

I've tried holding down the button I've tried holding it then pulling the plug and everything. Is there. Way I could factory reset my xbox one without using the console and will that make me lose my downloaded games?

 

Heres how to reset vack to factory default but you will have to install everything again and you could lose stuff youvevnot got saved to the cloud i had to do it once and it turned out to be not to bad good luck

Try unpluggin teh Kinect and see it that helps. Reboot the Xbox and if goes into the dashboard then plug teh Kinect in again. Try also removing the power cord completely. Wait 30 seconds and reconnect. Try turning it on then.
