Stuck in a situation with two accounts

Alright

So I had an account GT: phatpanda08 with email xxx@**** (don't want my personal one to be broadcasted on the internet). I was modding my avatar as well as other stuff (can't remember) and this account got banned for life around 3 years ago. Now i have created
an account since the ban of that account GT: with email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. As i am under 18 i was required to put an email address to act as the parent, i put xxx@****.

So here is when the problem started, after the release of xbox one they updated the terms and agreements and stuff, anyway to access some areas (billing) of , i have to sign in as a parent. I try to sign in, and this logs me into my account that
is banned for life (phatpanda08) and i can't do anything.

I am turning 18 soon and would like to remove this parental control and if possible switch my to email xxx@**** is this possible?

Also how would i be able to close phatpanda08 if i can't login to it to control it?

i need child account help BAD!

The family gold pack was designed for two adult accounts and two child accounts rather than three adults and one child or one adult and seven children. Hence you're stuck.

You can't delete the update once it's on there. You're stuck with it but don't worry, everyone will be in the same situation in just over a week.

Hey there, iBevKoon! This is a really odd situation. What normally happens on the Xbox One when you hit 18 is it should prompt you to promote your account when you sign in. Then it will ask you to enter in the parental information, and prompt you for a credit
card (needs to verify that you are 18). If you are able to do this, great! No issue. Give it a couple days after you turn 18, then try to promote the account. Let us know if it works.

I don't think they can. I'm in the exact same situation now as you, and i've seen a couple others where they purchased 10k MS points and Fifa Online within the past week or two. I think they would have given us the option to simply report it and secure the
account if that was the case. I think we're stuck waiting it out which sucks considering you don't hear from them right away

Unfortunately you can't merge content that's been downloaded onto another account. You can, however, change the email address on each account. Be away as, I believe, when an email as changed that you cannot change the Windows LIVE ID for 30 days.
