Stuck in a Security Loop, Can't play my xbox!!! Help!

Last night i decided to update my security proofs because the email i have on my account is deactivated. I entered my phone number for security, and now it says my account is locked for 30 days. I can't sign into xbox live and I'm expecting to get new games
tomorrow for my b-day. Why is this happening? Can someone help me please? I've tried going through some of the trouble shooting steps, but whenever i do it always brings me to the page where it asked me if i asked for the security change and then it says I
have to wait at least 30 days. I can't wait that long, nor do I want to make a temporary account.

Hmm.... I've never heard of a security info details change before, so this is new to me.

What happens if you try and log-in here:

Generally that is the link where you update security information yourself, can you sign-in or do you get an error?

I lost my old security info details so i requested a new one which takes 30 days. In the meantime it says I can continue to use my account however whenever I try to sign in I get stuck in a loop with the message 'Did you request a security info change'?
I click 'Yes this was me'. Then I click 'Next' to continue using my xbox one account, but it throws me back to the 'Did you request a security info change'? page. Getting really annoyed with it. Anybody got any tips on how I can get on my xbox?

 

Hi i would contact xbox support live chat or phone them they will be able to assist because they might need some security answers

 

if you dont have Access to your current security Information you have to wait for 30d.

you can remove the lockout if you find your old security Information.

if you have Access to your current security Information you can edit all everything without that 30d waiting period.

 

I have had my Microsoft live account for 6 years. no problems EVER until 1 day i get an email from you guys telling me i MUST change my security details. i acknowledged this and clicked accept and received an email stating i have a 30 day period to wait
for my info to change. since then i have logged on to my Xbox, and have been asked a few questions, no1. did i request security change- i said yes. then it says click NEXT to continue as usual to your Xbox profile, which i have done over 30 times now! and
it just puts me back into the 1st question again. STUCK IN THIS LOP IS ANNOYING> might i add that this is the 2nd time this has happened, i have previously called you guys and followed instructions from an employee only to end up being stuck in the same situation
AGAIN, and also being promised a gift as a way of saying sorry but got nothing..... so here i am again, STUCK, annoyed and if this does not get sorted, Xbox will have lost a very valuable player who has spent over £14,000 on my whole account and will not hesitate

you know, None of the xbox phone guys is reading here, we are all Gamers on the boards with a few exceptions, they wont call you and they wont email you (though they will remove your contact Information). you either contact Support or you solve it yourself.

navigate to Change Password & more, you certainly will see the same request "yes i did"

if you still have your current security Information - then stop this 30d security period

if you dont have them - you have to wait for 30d then can update it

 

this has just happened to me, so your saying i cant use my xbox for the next month?!
