stuck in a download loop

bought forza horizon (digital copy) when it came out a few years ago, tried playing it again and it wouldn't work. tried deleting, redownloading, clearing the cache, using another hard drive, and using a usb drive but nothing works. it's now stuck in a download
loop where when it hits 100%, it goes back to 0% then redownloads it. anyone knows how to fix it?

You might have an update stuck in a loop that never downloads so it prompts you constantly. I would see if there is a way to manually force it to update.

Try this: Clear your system cache, reboot your modem, and restart your xbox. Then once it's restarted, try downloading again. Let us know if this helps.

 

still doesn't work. it says device full even though i have 15 gb free to start with and fh is only 7.05 gb
