    Can anyone help please? I am logged into my xbox live account on the site, doing everything correct as it seems, but every time, I get this error...I have had my Xbox Live account for almost a year now...

    Hi sorry didint read the post when i came in, the problem i am having with the preview program is i was invited over a month ago now and i keep getting this service message saying thanks for joining you will get a service message on your xbox soon with more

    Microsoft Bingo--unable to connect-- getting message "Sorry, we're not sure........"

    There seems to be some problems with the service.

    Let's hope MS fixes it soon.
