Stuck game disc

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. If you've already attempted to manually eject the disc following the instructions in the support article Manually
eject a disc from Xbox One and its still stuck in there, then you would need to contact Xbox Support. Be sure to have used a large paperclip as the smaller ones won't have the correct gauge to successfully press the necessary mechanism to eject the disc.

If you've already set up a repair/replacement for your console, please use the order number that you received for the set up when they call so that they may note in your case what the title of the game is. When you do this, the Service Center will be alerted
and work to get your game disc back to you. It can take up to 10 business days for any item to be returned to you after you receive the console back.

When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----Select See other options
  
• Step 3 ----Select topic
  
• Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
  

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

I really wouldn't suggest you poke anything into the disc slot, should you cause any damage doing that you may find yourself being asked why you broke the console and want a replacement.

It could be the disc is jammed in to tightly to be released manually or you're not quite hitting the sweet spot to get the disc to eject, could you try the paperclip method again.

do you got some tweezers to stick in the slot, put a tissue on the bottom so you don't scratch the disc.

In the past the discs sent in with the consoles were not returned. Sometimes, the manual process can be a bit tricky but you should be able to get it to work if you follow the instructions carefully. Try sticking the paperclip in the hole at different
angles.

Every stuck disc tray from every Xbox was fixed after I walked in the room lol

To prevent the stuck disc tray, leave a disc in it.

I won´t happen with a disc inside.
