There are a few possible reasons why this might happen, such as a slow internet connection, a corrupted game file, or a problem with your console's storage. Here are some steps you can try to fix the issue:



- Check your internet speed and make sure it meets the minimum requirements for downloading games on Xbox.

- Pause and resume the download from the Queue menu on your console. Sometimes this can help resume a stuck download.

- Cancel the download and delete any partial game files from your console's storage. Then restart your console and try downloading the game again from the Microsoft Store.

Many tha ks for your reply. The console is x box one s and my region is poland, i bought an electronic version with diablo II and III, diablo II was in English but diablo 3 in Russian, today i bought a physical copy i tried to install but it's imposible the game stil is in Russian

Diablo II for PC, then supplement with upcoming Diablo III.
