stuck disc

I'm trying to get a game unstuck (Sims 4), but nothing works... whenever i do press down on the alternate button, i always get stuck on something or stop because of something too hard in the way.

Handy tip for all 360 owners, all models of console

Every stuck disc tray from every Xbox was fixed after I walked in the room lol

To prevent the stuck disc tray, leave a disc in it.

I won´t happen with a disc inside.

 

Disc is stuck

Try to power cycle the console, then on startup again press eject several times during startup to see if you get lucky.

If the manual disc eject function is not working and you feel an obstruction is in the way, you will want to open up a repair ticket with MS, they should be able to get this fixed for you asap

You can set up a repair order at home from
https://support.microsoft.com/devices. You'll need to register the console using the serial number.

You can also go to
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us to get some assistance with setting up a repair order.

tried that... but the Xbox is out of warranty... :c

Thanks for replying and keeping us updated. You can open a set up a repair order even on a device that is out of warranty. Since you've been unable to get that disc out, another option that you can look into is

contacting a Microsoft Store near you to see if its possible to set up an appointment, bring in the console and have them remove the disc for you.

nearest Microsoft Store is the Oxmoor center... i'll try & see...

 

Have you tried
manually ejecting the disc?

just make sure to read the instructions for you model (original, S or X) Xbox.
