Stuck at title screen turns black afterwards

I just started having this issue I been researching all night I go to play dyin light it goes to the main screen says press start then goes black nothing same for far cry accept it says press start and then goes to set up profile then goes right back to
saying press start same goes for assassins creed and I have cod on the system it self and it works fine but my saved data was gone so I'm stumped badly and am about to send it away for repair is there anything I can do myself to resolve this so I don't have
to send it out this is the first issue I had with this system and I've had it for a year

Fifa 12 problem...

Since I downloaded an update, don't if it was fifa update or dashboard, mu Fifa won't work anymore...

It's when it says Press Start in the Rooney screen/title screen, and when I press start it is loading and when he shoots, right before the screens turns into the menu it turns black with a stuck loading icon... Don't know what to do... Please help me...

 

Xbox still loud even after install?

My game won't load at all. I end up at a black screen and if I try to turn my xbox on with the game in tray, it gets stuck at the 360 logo intro screen. Defective copy?

 

Please attempt a hard reset. Hold the power button the the console for 8 seconds until the console shuts down fully, and turn the console back on. Alternatively, you can go to Settings > System > Restart

 

I have done that and unplugged it still nothing also cleared out my saved data nothing the games load up and read till the title then nothing either they stuck there or screen will go black when I hit start on dying light the games that are on the one drive
not disc based play but I lost all saved data to them so I scratch my head wondering what's going on there's no noise or grinding coming from the disc drive or anything the xbox loads up fine just the games that are disc are not loading past the title screen

 

And it sucks because this has been the only issue I ver had with it in the year I have had it and I played it the night before for hours and it was then last night it did this so I have no clue wth is going on

Can you please try booting your Xbox in offline mode?

As in either disable network connection or put your Xbox offline (Network settings).

Let me know if this works as I have a suspicion that the latest changes have done something odd with Microsoft cloud connectivity...

I've had the exact same problem. No real problems since day one, but then this black screen on Dying light started. After that I started NBA 2K15 and had no save data. The same with GTA V. Then I tried Far Cry 4 and it said press A to start. Then it says
loading data and says press A again.

 

I just tried offline and it didn't work. That doesn't really leave anything else for me to try. I've done hard reset, unplugged it, switched to wifi, turned off then on, signed in on my home xbox, deleted a few things, and tried lauching the game on another
account. I'm going to have to mess around with my home xbox I guess.

 

Same problem with dying light. Nothing seems to help
