    Stuck at step 2 of Device service and repair page


    Hi,

    I bought a controller yesterday and the rb is already stuck, I played with it for an hour only.

    I've tried to follow the instructions on this page Xbox One Wireless Controller Help | Fix Your Xbox One Controller but when I
    get to step 2 of the "Device service and repair" page (Create a repair order), It says my device is out of warranty and I cannot click next.

    It is true that my console is out of warranty but it says on the link I put at the beginning that it doesn't matter if the console is out of warranty or not.

    What can I do?

    If you have tried everything on the support page as well as talked to customer service your next step would be to visit our

    Device Service and Repair     register your console, and setup a repair. Let us know how it goes.
