Stuck at loading screen

Whenever I try to load FIFA with my xbox live profile I get stuck at the Messi loading screen with the loading circle/arrow on an endless loop. However when I'm not signed into any profile, I can go right in and play. As soon as I log back into xbox live
and load the profile, the game is stuck with the loading arrow again. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Done it. Everything but the Xbox Live dashboard works, just like before.

 

Same thing happening to me. Let me know if you find a way to fix it. I have called xbox support and they suggested getting the game replaced. I got a new copy of fifa 15 and the same thing happens. Annoying !!!

 

What I got to work was to unplug my xbox from the wall, so it entirely shut down. Then when it rebooted everything worked just like normal. Hopefully that helps!

 

Finally! Someone with the same problem. I thought I was the only one.

I've contacted xbox support and they've given me a number of solutions but I still find myself stuck at the messi loading screen. I've replaced the disc, factory rest, re-installed the game, powercycled, re-downloaded my profile and everything! Only bought
the game 2 days ago!

Any suggestions?

 

I found that starting a new game and then starting FIFA 15 again or power cycling the Xbox One works for me.

 

Same issue happend to me right now.

Did as JKGelevate suggested (shut down xbox, unplug from the wall, wait a little bit, plug in and reboot) and ta-da! Worked!

 

Same thing has been happening to me since FIFA 14. Here's what happens: I will turn off my Xbone after playing some matches on the Career Mode. The next day when I play, I will turn my Xbone on and jump right back into the game as I have the Quick Resume
feature on. Now I'll be logged out of the EA Servers when I resume playing and have to log back in; this works fine. Now, when I get done playing for the second day, I turn off my Xbone like the previous day. The next day, third day, I turn on my Xbone to
play FIFA I go right back to where I left off, thanks to the Quick Resume feature. (Not sure if it's relevant, but I haven't taken the FIFA 15 disc out at all during these days). I'll be logged out of the EA Servers again, but when I try to log back in it
never connects, it gets stuck connecting. So I go to the dashboard and press the menu button on FIFA and quit the whole game. Now, when I try to start the game it gets stuck at the loading screen with Messi and nothing happens. Then, I have to unplug my Xbone,
plug it back in and it works fine. The entire process I just described happens every time I play the game. Basically, I have to unplug my Xbone every other day because FIFA 15 (14, too) gets stuck with the EA Servers and the main loading screen when I quit
the game. Pretty frustrating.

 

Same prob here((( Ill try to unplug the box, as someone suggested. This is NOT suposed to happen on a console.
