Stuck at loading screen

So, my xbox, the original big chubby one, is freezing at the loading screen when I switched it on today. As in, the loading circle just stops spinning for some reason and its stuck.

If I remove the xbox live connection, everything works fine. If I start a game and sign into xbox live while in a gaming session, everything still works fine but when I try to return to the dashboard, the screen just gets stuck at the loading circle and
refused to progress.

So what's going on?

I found that starting a new game and then starting FIFA 15 again or power cycling the Xbox One works for me.

Finally! Someone with the same problem. I thought I was the only one.

I've contacted xbox support and they've given me a number of solutions but I still find myself stuck at the messi loading screen. I've replaced the disc, factory rest, re-installed the game, powercycled, re-downloaded my profile and everything! Only bought
the game 2 days ago!

Any suggestions?

 

Did you try to clean the system cache?

Sounds like your Xbox has issues with the online dash.

 

This is how it works:

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

 

Done it. Everything but the Xbox Live dashboard works, just like before.

 

Is there any other options I could try other than clearing system cache?

I have two Xbox 360 consoles with different profiles. Both consoles stuck on loading the dashboard since today, yesterday everything was working properly...

If I unplug ethernet cable, everything is back to normal. Once I plug the ethernet cable again and click to sign in to XBL, it gets stuck again...

I believe this issue is MS fault. I am surprised not many people reporting it though. Did everyone switch to Xbox One already?

PS. Cleaning cache doesn't help.

Is it the one with the 20GB?

Then I think its just too old to load the new dash properly.

But only with the xbox live account

MS should look into this..

2 of my other friends holding a Live gola account has this problem as well....

Loke they should really quickly look into it..

 

Ok, I had a chat with MS regarding this and they told me the issue affects Singapore & Philippines users currently and they are working to get it fixed asap.

 

No, it comes with a free 120 GB hard drive since the console itself lacks a storage.

I took it out and I couldn't access it at all.
