Stuck at Done! Unlocking... Part 2!

My original post was deleted by an administrator,I do not know why but I can only speculate that ms do not want people knowing about my problem and that it could affect others...so...here we go again. My total GS is now around 14,000 short,my GS total
now only shows Xbox 360 GS. All GS won on Xbox One games is now missing from my total,except for 1 game. It should read 142,420 NOT 127,660 as is showing. This all my Xbox One score missing apart from 7 achievements in TWD S2(Xbox One). This happened at around
4pm GMT on 30/12/2014. I also have 2 achievements in a Done! Unlocking...state,they are: Zone 18 Connoursier - Titanfall - Should have unlocked 23/24 December 2014 What Now? - The Walking Dead: Season 2 - Should have unlocked yesterday,30 December 2014 This
is a serious problem and needs addressing immediately.

Halo MCC achievements stuck at "Done! Unlocking..." since launch

One of my achievements is stuck and I'd like it fixed.

"Window Shopping" - Play 4 different unique game types in Halo 2 multiplayer.

Stuck at "Done! Unlocking..."

Stuck since 2/7/15, around 3:30 PM EST.

Please fix this. Thanks!

 

My GS now reads correctly and my Walking Dead achievement has now unlocked.

However my Titanfall achievement is still stuck as Done! Unlocking... since the 23/24 December 2014.

 

Would be nice to get some form of response from official support on this,the achievement is still the same after 13-14 days...

Thanks for all the updates! I'm glad to see that the Walking Dead achievement is now correctly displayed for you! Also, thank you for the in-depth details, it really helps us better understand what you're experiencing.

I'm also seeing what you're describing with the
Titanfall achievement "Zone 18 Connoursier" when I look on Xbox One where it's saying "Done! Unlocking…" and I'm seeing it showing as still locked on Xbox.com.

I found a few posts of yours in this thread pertaining to a 0x87c40011 error code. Are you still receiving that error? If you did receive that error and it went away, do you remember when the error stopped showing?

When you have the time, please let me know the answer(s) to the question(s) above and any other information you may have. Thanks so much for hanging in there with us as we work through this, it's greatly appreciated!

 

This is very odd,I have never seen that error code or reported seeing it and I made those posts in an individual thread that I created not that thread!

I have no idea how my posts have mysteriously appeared in that section!?!

I'm sorry to hear about the confusion, but thank you for the reply! I have bubbled your information up about the Titanfall Xbox One achievement "Zone 18 Connoisseur" to the correct teams and they are currently investigating it. I will post back here

Seriously thank you for your continued patience while we've been working through this, as it's greatly appreciated! I know it's not ideal, but our next suggestion, even though you may have performed this already in the past, is to try and re-earn this particular
"Zone 18 Connoisseur" achievement again.

As you experienced with The Walking Dead: Season 2 - What Now? achievement being in the "Done! Unlocking…" state and then after a bit of time it unlocked is actually what very well could happen with this Titanfall achievement you've reported.

Here are some other troubleshooting steps to try in the meantime to get the achievement to fully pop.

• Delete your save data from your console only and launch the game again.
  
• Try gaining this achievement on a different Xbox One console, if you have access to one.

I have retried earning the achievement again,deleted local save and relaunched game and tried both these steps n a friends Xbox One but still nothing.

This achievement has been stuck since before TWD:S2 achievement and I've never had one stuck for this long,I don't believe that it will fix itself after this amount of time.

 

I got the achievement for complete NEVER ALONE and view all cultural insights in NEVER ALONE. But don't got levle complete and find all in sights in a area since 1-13-2015.

 

So it's nearly 4 weeks since this achievement should've unlocked,I've tried every possible solution and still nothing.

I'm starting to think that it will never unlock,this obviously will not be fixing itself after such a long period of time and I am starting to lose patience with the whole issue.

If there is a way for this to be manually unlocked by ms then that is what needs doing otherwise I am now stuck with an incomplete game forever and being a TA member this is completely unacceptable to me.

 

Now I also have a Monopoly Deal achievement that has not awarded me 50gs to my total!!

I'm not sure which one as I only noticed after completing the game,PLEASE someone sort this all out as this is beyond annoying now,it is happening to me regularly.
