    Hello guys,

    Yesterday I tried to turn on my console and it worked, but when I logged on my Xbox Live account my controller got disconnected, then I just restarted my xbox, because my controller was getting disconnected every time.

    But now, my console stay stuck on black screen for 1:30 to 2 minutes, then the green screen appears but I get stuck on that screen too. I Already tried to restore to factory configuration, tried to offline update, but unsuccessful. When it turns on, my TV
    screen stays without signal for 2 minutes, until the green screen appears, so I can't boot him from USB drive. Some one can please help me?

    What do you mean it opens at your home screen and then nothing? Are you stuck on the dashboard or is it a black or green screen?

    If you are stuck on a black or green screen you can try the offline diagnostic tool that has helped people get passed the blank screen before:

    Hey, when it is stuck on the black/green screen, try this

    Please go to this page https://t.co/iK8z3rA0uo and select the option "I Need to Troubleshoot A System Update Error" Then your console version, then "I Am Experiencing A Startup Issue". Then "Black Screen/green screen" (whichever you are experiancing). Follow
    the instructions.
