stuck at 25 percent

    i have been stuck at 25% of level 3 vip, just wondering why it hasn't moved after multiple purchases in 2 months time? thanks.

    Keep in mind that pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscription purchases do not qualify for MyVip. If you made eligible purchases and the MyVip % did not increase then the staff will have to review and see what the issue is.

    The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.
