    Stuck at ~1mbps download speed with a network that gives 220mbps


    I have had inconsistencies for a while, so I tried a hard reset recently. My download speed before was 40 to 60mbps, leading me to try resetting my console. My wireless strength is still 100%, and while loss is expected, it shouldn't be this much. Have already
    contacted my service provider, and there are no issues there. Would like help soon.

    1/4th would be a blessing. The network tests are averaging .06-1mbps download speed. Ping, packet loss, upload speed and wireless strength are perfectly normal though.
