stuck and can't get out of an account process page when I want to go back to my Minecraft...

Thanks for your help Phil, but my main issue at the moment isn't that i can't access multiplayer in Minecraft, it's that I can't log into my box account on Xbox. If I was able to then I'd change the multiplayer setting. When i click on sign in on Xbox.com, i get immediately redirected to the support page instead pf the log in page but the support page doesn't load in, it just get stuck on the loading screen.

Well, I contacted Microsoft support and they basically said that I'm ***. I can't get out of the family, but when my account turns 18, they can't change my restrictions, but I'll still be stuck in the family. I really want to get out of this. Can anyone
help?!?!

Hi gds, thanks for the idea, sadly i can't access the home screen, i'm stuck in the set up process and can't see how to get to the home screen from there. i have tried going to my microsoft account using another computer and changing my password as suggested
in the link you provided but when i go back to my xbox and start it up i get the same issue and error message. Any other ideas? Is there a way to get to the home screen without completing the set up again.

I also have the same problem and pressing B does not help. My store page is stuck to the Fitness App and I can't go back to view other games. When ever I press B it takes me to "You games & apps", I then try to access the store again and it takes me back
to the stuck Fitness page. Turning it off and back on does not work...

I'm trying to link a new Microsoft account to my Playstation 5, so I can create a Realm world for my friend and I to play on. After I enter the code and password for my account, the page takes me a "Create an Xbox Profile" page, and I can't get past it without making an account. Trying to go back restarts the whole process. What am I doing wrong?
