Struggling with merging Microsoft accounts.

My old Xbox account is linked to my old Yahoo account, which is now deleted. I cant switch it to my gmail because it's already linked to an account I didn't make. I can't figure out how to get rid of it without deleting my entire Microsoft account, purchases and all.

I have no idea where to post this question, all of this is so unnecessarily convoluted.

I can't delete an xbox account or change the primary email for another xbox account?

Accounts cannot be merged and content cannot be transferred between accounts.

Hi Rauten! Unfortunately you cannot merge two Microsoft Accounts. You can link multiple accounts together, but that will not merge licenses for content or anything like that, it will just merge your email.

There is currently no option to merge Microsoft accounts.

Unfortunately their is no way to merge Microsoft accounts. You would need to manually transfer any data, saves, contacts, etc. to the 2nd account.
