Sign in on he xbox app with the subscribed profile

Download the said game and re-sign in with your sons xbox account in the app so he can have his own saves

What you are trying to do is only available on consoles and the family plan ultimate which isnt available in uk yet

However, you can create a family group and add family members to it, and then purchase separate Game Pass subscriptions for each family member. You can sign in with the subscribed accounrlt in the xbox store and download said games but cloud is a subscriber perk only

Do you mean game pass? Or you're game sharing with someone in your family? If its game share then try having your family member login with their account on the console and see if it shows up then.
