    Hello Folks,

    I'm struggling to make contact with an Xbox agent through the online 'Contact Us - Request a call' feature. I've tried multiple times since Christmas Day and always receive one of two responses:

    'Currently unavailable' (even though I am trying during their published working window) or most of the time 'We're unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.'

    I guess I'm not the only one confronted with this issue of trying to engage Xbox support through the prescribed channel and not managing to speak with anyone.

    I wanted to ask anyone who has experienced the same frustration whether there was any other route into Xbox support worth trying that would help me escalate the lack of engagement and get me access to an Xbox representative?

    Any help would be gretly appreciated.
