    Struggles with Microsoft Customer Support


    I've reached out to five different numbers, but unfortunately, none of them were able to provide assistance. Instead, they kept redirecting me to the internet. I'm facing an issue with my account where someone is attempting to log in without my authorization. It's frustrating because I haven't had to contact Microsoft in years, and now that I need to, I'm struggling to even reach them. The situation seems quite frustrating, especially since their website is glitchy, and the AI speaker on the phone isn't able to complete sentences. It's disappointing to see the company's customer service in this state. I hope they can address these problems and make the phone lines more accessible.I still need help with this issue too !!

    If you received an email or SMS alerting you to an unusual sign-in attempt to your account, but you haven't done anything unusual with your account recently, follow these steps to review your account security:

    Sign in to the Security Basics page of your Microsoft account.

    Select Analyze Activity to check for unusual sign-in attempts on the Recent Activity Page. If you see account activity that you're not sure is yours, let us know and we can help protect your account. If it's in the Unusual Activity section, you can expand the activity and select It wasn't me. If you're in the Recent Activity section, you can expand the activity and select Protect Your Account.

    If you think someone might have accessed your account, go back to the Security Basics page and select Change Password. Create a strong password that you can remember and don't share it with anyone.     Beef up my security you say haha i have every single security option turned on 2FA the whole lot and i keep getting emails saying someone is logging in. Some people struggle to type and read a phone call is much easier for them like myself this whole forum rubbish to solve my serious serurity problem is a joke i need a professional to help me over the phone just like how it used to be.

    Maybe, but Microsoft is the kind of company who will forfeit thousands in order save pennies. I will steer the next 2 generations of gamers in my family towards playstation and steam, bet.
