Strict NAT Type

I have a strict NAT type on my xbox one and I cannot get it fixed. I have tried everything that I have read so far from port forwarding to setting a static ip. Nothing seems to work and I'm very frustrated by this so if I could get some help on how to fix
this I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

If it's still strict after you open the proper ports, try resetting your modem and router, then hard reset your console.

Just select your router and follow the instructions. Do not download anything from the site, it's not necessary. It's a safe site, but port forwarding manually is very easy.

 

Have you tried UPnP in your router first? That can automate port forwarding for you (if it works).

If you're still doing it manually, have you associated the static IP with the correct MAC address, based on how your Xbox connects to your network? There's two: the wired MAC, and the wireless MAC. Those MAC addresses appear on the bottom of the "Advanced
settings" page under the Network settings of the Xbox.

Yes my UPnP is on and doesn't seem to work the problem out. And I checked my MAC address and it matches with my wireless MAC address which is correct. I've read multiple pages about how to fix this problem, but none of them seem to work. Occasionally I can
get my xbox on open NAT when I restart it over and over again, but that is time consuming and very frustration to try to get to work.
