Strict NAT type + No IP address from Teredo

I got the following problem since last wednesday:

My NAT type on my xbox one is strict.

When i test multiplayer connection it says it can't get an ip-address from teredo.

I tried the following things already:

Resetting the Xbox one.

Resetting the router.

Enabling/disabling Upnp

Setting an static IP on the xbox one.

Port forwarding

Setting DMZ

Trying different DNS settings.

But it still doesn't solve my problem.

I'm using an Arcadyan Experia Box v8.

Can someone help me solve this problem so i can play online again?

Strict NAT type

I am living in a dorm that uses a wired connection for my xbox one. When I check my multiplayer connection it tells me that it can't find a teredo IP address. I have seen all of the support pages and I have no access to a router or anything. Can someone
help me?

If you can set a DHCP reservation of the consoles IP address (Static IP) as well as set up a DMZ, did you make sure port forwarding was disabled? UPnP can be enabled if I remember correctly. If you did an extended powercycle of your gateway (Not resetting
it, unplugging it for about 3-5min) and used the "Restart Console" feature to powercycle the Xbox and dump it's cache. (Sometimes the Xbox needs a 2nd restart after the gateway has booted) then it may mean this device is not right for your situation or its
old. I'm not sure of how long that device has been in use. If all else fails, call the support line and have them go through the paces one last time to make sure it's properly set up!

I'd be happy to help. Have you checked your router settings to make sure teredo tunneling is enabled and the UPnP is also enabled in the router settings?

I hope there is some helpful information on there that can resolve the issue.

It's nothing related to Teredo and yes my Upnp is activated.
