Strict nat type? Green screen of death?

Thank you for reaching out. Sorry to hear about your Xbox, we'll try our best to get you back online asap! To get past the green screen, we suggest you try performing a factory reset through our troubleshooting menu.

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
3. Press and hold the BIND button and the EJECT button, and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Make sure to select the "Reset this console" option. Hope this helps!

I have been trying to figure out why my nat type is strict when all the other xboxs in the house say open. I just dont know what too do i'm the only one lagging in the house and my dads playing just fine, and so is my brother. Im just so confused and too
add on too my problems if i hard reset my xbox just stays on the green screen.

How many Xbox consoles do you have in the house?

In order to get an open NAT, the Xbox One consoles have a limited amount of different network ports they can use. Xbox 360 consoles only have one fixed network port that has to be forwarded through your router.

If you have more consoles at home than there are alternative ports, you're out of luck, I'm afraid.

In order to really help you, please tell us how many consoles are in your household, and what make and model your router you are using to connect your consoles online, and what you (or someone else in your family) have already done to get the other consoles
with an open NAT.

Did you/they manually forward ports, enabled UPnP, chose custom ports?

That's the problem i have already done that and with no results. It works but then if i turn off my xbox i have too factory reset it again.
