How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?: 3

Wired or wireless (for each console): Wireless for all

Things you have tried: Turning off UPnP, disabling the router firewall, port forwarding all ports, restarting router and modem, resetting router back to default

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown: Disabled

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Strict

Any Error Codes you encounter: 0x10040002000064

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): Comcast

Need help with my NAT type

I have been trying everything to get my NAT type open but nothing works because no one has the same NAT type as mine:

NAT type: Strict

Your network is behind a port-symmetric NAT

its very frustrating having a strict NAT type so please help

Hey there Dornon2!

Sorry to hear about the NAT issue! The router you have unfortunately does not support more than one console. That router prioritizes whichever console was connected first, and any other after that will cause the issue you're experiencing. You can refer to

Update, no settings have changed.

Have strict nat again, detailed nat is "your network is behind a port preserving port symmetric nat.

I switched it to Energy Saver mode and I am still getting a Strict NAT. I've turned off UPnP and my Firewall as well now. For about 5 minutes earlier with this exact set up I showed an open NAT with a Cone NAT but now it's back to Strict NAT with it being
behind a Port-Preserving port-symmetric NAT
