Strict nat ongoing issue XboxOne

If the only answer you have for solving nat issue is porting forward or reseting router rebooting the basic routine rundown to open nat please don't post support routine

My experience first i check Xbox live status if there is any type services down even for 360 services there has been a nat issue with Xbox One

Now i have good service i have no issue on pc or 360 nat issue has been happening more frequent

Community support seem to be more worried about there level and rep which they post the same anwers over and over its your nat your your isp

I guess it could never be the Xbox or the service they are providing

Losing open nat on router when you have great service your ported forward why is nat being lost when i reset router nothing reset xbox and it makes a difference

Im really confussed now on the xboxone dashboard it says my nat type is strict yet im now on cod ghosts and my nat type is OPEN wtf

Sounds like NAT or network issues. Sometimes when two people have a certain network config you can play and chat with other people just fine, but not someone else with your same issue.

My wife and I used to have a similar issue with chat in OG Destiny. Check your NAT and make sure it is open not moderate or strict.

Sorry you're having issues with your NAT. I know you said do not post about port forwarding ect, but that's usually the fix. Also, have you tried using the DMZ for this console? If you're having issues even on the DMZ then it's very possibly the ISP
/ ISP Router. I personally could not get off moderate NAT until I got a new router from my ISP. Also, please let us know the following info. It will really help with troubleshooting NAT issues.

Just XboxOne directly connected there is a 360 but that it is wireless and its off

Download speed 211mbs upload 22

Just microsoft errors always thats when ive noticed it trip even during 360 live status code

If it works good it just keeps happening no reason on my side isp says everytime it xbox live site

 

You using a Gateway , and not a very good one...if its one your isp gave you , that's even worse imo...

Is this the only gateway you have, or are you using another router as well? From what I'm reading this model router is known to have NAT issues with Xbox. See the link below for port forwarding. Also, you may want to give your Xbox a static IP that is not
in the DHCP range, so if your DHCP range is 192.168.1.100 - 192.168.1.255, give the Xbox 192.168.1.99 or something UNDER the .100. If that doesn't work find the DMZ on your router (link below), and try putting your Xbox there. Finally check your UPnP and make

get a separate modem (modem ONLY) and a separate router (router ONLY) no gateways ....I like netgear , they have cheepies and they play well with consoles (UPNP) so no need to port forward or DMZ or stuff like that....good luck...

 

Ok so new router tested still same issue no nat problem now though digging further while playing live cod aw found that xbox is testing good for connection i have good ping except during gameplay on xboxlive multiple games all online multiplayer games have
same issue even single player batman normal offline glitched online

I found during game play bandwidth drops from over 3900 down to 200 700 constantly xbox multiplayer test says different at the same time it drops during game play go test online shows my network is excellent

If i monitor my speeds while playing they are fine but in game it changes constantly while it shows great strength

But it can only be my service never and xboxlive constant updates services down more then my internet connection goes down so that being said and the work i have put in for years tells me different

Common problem xbox live problem

My internet never goes out pretty much next door to verizon yard and towers

Xbox live is alway shutting down service to fix problems

My internet service has not had any problem except if it has been shut off or switched

Score is xboxlive 100 shut down to my internet 1 time shut down

So thats what i see

 

Now i have tested for a week on PS4 network good consistant connection haven't had a problem with moderate nat port forward and solid connection no major lag nothing compared to Xbox major lag issue glitching constant connection issue from core services

Funny how people are quick to defend microsoft there no support defending the consumer

Now connection has plagued Xbox one from launch most support post are for connection issue

Scarred or exploiting is the only excuse for denying facts
