Strict NAT on Advanced Warfare

I'm having this problem with advanced warfare where it's says I have a strict NAT but my NAT on the dashboard says I have a moderate/open. My brother and I both have this issue. The modem we both have is the Motorola SBG6782-AC Cable modem. Hopefully I

STRICT NAT TYPE

Xbox One Nat type issues. me and my housemate, both have strict nat types on Advanced warfare. i have opened up the required ports but is still showing strict for both of us.we have a wireless connection.

 

Cannot take party to game..

Is it. E or is advanced warfare laggy, I mean when I go to console settings my nat is open but on the game it says it's strict

 

im having the same problem, was never like till couple days ago...bout to give up on cod advance warfare

 

Is your Xbox connected directly to your modem, or is it connected to a router (which is itself connected to the modem)? You should try power-cycling your modem (and router, if you have one) to see if that clears up the issue. If not, does your modem or router
have a UPnP option in its settings? If not, try forwarding ports associated with CoD:AW and see if that helps. Also, are you using it wireless or wired? If wireless, could you try it wired to see if that makes a difference?

 

I think this is a common issue, I have OPEN NAT on everything but when it comes to AW, it drops to MODERATE.

Pretty sure it's the Servers that AW are using.

 

i had the same issue where my nat was open when i checked my console settings and it showed up as moderate on aw and its the only game to do that. i have a modem and a router. i unplugged both for a minute then plugged my stuff back in and let it reboot
completely and it seems to have cleared my problem up. others have port forward and only wasted their time so that doesnt work clearly
