Strict NAT - cannot play FH4 online

Both my Xbox companion and the Xbox networking settings have a strict NAT setting, so online playlists in FH4 are joinable, but they don't load in. The only way to exit is to restart the computer. I've tried everything listed on the support pages dealing with NAT for the PC Steam version of Forza Horizon 4, as well as the pages dealing with terado tunneling software, which as far as I can tell is working properly. I've also opened the required ports on my firewall. Are there any log files I can upload that can help diagnose my issue? I'm not an IT expert and am at a loss for what to do next.

We are sorry to hear that you have gave up on this and as much as we want to help you with your NAT type, the best way to address your concern is contacting your internet service provider as changing these settings may have potential security risks especially when your network is not secure when making changes.

I've decided to give up on this game. Thanks for the help, but it's not worth it to me. Sorry for wasting your time.

Yes, this is only in FH4. My NAT is moderate. I've looked around the internet on how to change Moderate/Strict to Open and well it's too complicated for me. FH4 is the only game I play on Microsoft store. I reinstalled the game 2-4 times and I played
online after reinstalling though one time out of those reinstallations didn't work. once again I can access Forza Livery's and auctions.
