Strict & Moderate NAT Help

Needing some help to try and get my Xbox One NAT to be Open.

Location - Texas

ISP - Time Warner Cable

Modem - TG862 Combo with WiFi (WiFi Turned off)

Router - NETGEAR WNDR4500 (Updated Firmware)

Upgraded my Internet about a month ago to TWC from AT&T U-Verse. When i started using the Modem Combo with my internet i was having inconsistent connection and speed issues so i decided to buy my own Router just yesterday. to see if it fixed the problems.
Turns out it did and im getting consistent speeds and no connectivity issues, BUT now my NAT has gone from Open to Strict/Moderate (Will explain why it's both) since im using the Router now. (Wireless function has been turned off on the Modem Combo).

My Xbox has a static IP and i have port forwarded all the ports i have needed to for my Xbox One on the Netgear router, but that hasn't fixed it.

I have also tried putting my Modem in Bridge Mode (Was told by TWC) but that always ends up the same with me not being able to access my internet anymore and i have to factory reset Modem.

Something i've noticed is that when i Enable/Disable the Firewall on the Modem, my NAT will sometimes switch between Strict and Moderate. Before i was stuck on strict but i got it to switch to Moderate which is definitely better. I also took off the port-forwards...
I honestly don't think it was doing anything at all.

NAT Open on Xbox, Strict on BO3/AW

My xbox nat is strict,cod moderate,AT&T can't help,and Xbox can't either.I'm not a technical person,just want to play my games.

 

Edit: My Detailed NAT info either says "Your network is behind a UPnP port-restricted NAT" or "Your network is behind a port-preserving port-symmetric NAT". Depending if my Firewall on my Modem is Enabled/Disabled. If it's disabled it usually says 2nd part.
Enabled usually says 1st part. This also makes my NAT go from Strict to Moderate like i said above.

Sorry to hear about the issue! I recommend contacting TWC and have them set it all up in bridge mode for you.

Post back and let us know if having them set it all up in bridge mode helps!
