    Ive just brought a second hand 360 and cannot seem to download the update so i can join xbox live. Ive followed all online instructions fron the xbox support site and it still doesnt work. Can someone plz help me

    cant connect to xbox live

    Lads i need help im stressed out to the max with this...tryin to set up xbox live bu wen it loads up to the xbox live part a screen pops up sayin "update" which I click on but it loads for a min or two den another screen pops up saying "update failed".it
    has a status code at the bottom of it???what do I do??any tips will be much appreciated thanks

    Where did you buy it from?

    It's possible the console is modded & banned from xbox live,always a risk when buying 2nd hand.

    I live by the Report, block and move on method. It's not worth losing energy to stress or worry about others behavior.
