Streets of rage trial version problem

I downloaded/'bought' the free trial version of svc streets of rage from marketplace.xbox.com since it can't be bought from the digital store. It says in my purchase history that it's 'already purchased' but it's not showing up in my game library or the
'ready to install' section on my xb1. What gives?

I purchased the Xbox arcade game Streets of Rage 2, then about a week later I bought the new sleek xbox 360. I transferred everything over to the new xbox, but when i load of streets of rage 2, i can no longer play the full version. It will only allow me
to play the trail version, even though i paid for the full version of the game, What the heck !??!? can anyone help me out with this problem. I just wanna play streets of rage 2

 

Streets of Rage Vintage Collection Problem

It's not a disc... It's a digital download.. SEGA vintage collection Streets of Rage.. It's a digital download.. No error message it just boots up the wrong streets of rage game... Streets of Rage 2 was available as an X Box Live Arcade game in 2007... I
owned it... The vintage collection was released in 2012 I think and contained all 3 streets of rage games.... The vintage collection is backwards compatible... However, when I boot up the vintage collection, it just plays the old X Box live arcade version
of streets of rage 2... It does not play the vintage collection. Does that makes sense at all?

I don't believe trial or demo versions of Xbox 360 games are playable on Xbox One via backwards compatibility only the complete version of the game will be playable if it appears on the list below.
