Street Fighter Pre-Order code does nothing

Tried using redemption code for Street Fighter 4 I received from pre-ordering the 30th anniversary collection. Nothing happened. Nothing in my games and apps. Tried using code again and got the message code already used. What's going on?

I PURCHASED THE STREET FIGHTER 30TH ANNIVERSARY PRE ORDER ON APRIL 22 AND WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE RECEIVED 2 BONUS CODES FOR THE EARLY PRE-ORDER. 1 FOR STREET FIGHTER 4 ARCADE EDITION AND ANOTHER FOR AN ULTRA STREET FIGHTER 4 ADD ON. I, LIKE A LOT OF OTHER
PEOPLE, HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THESE CODES AND ITS WAY BEYOND 7-10 DAYS. I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THERE IS NO RECORD OF THE CODE BEING SENT

pre-order street fighter 30th anniversary and No SF4 code

I pre-order street fighter 30th anniversary and I was supposed to get a free street fighter 4 code emailed to me and I have not received any such code....I was hoping you could help me out

 

I'm glad I'm not the only one this is happening to. It gives me hope that it will be fixed (and that I didn't do something stupid).

 

As I said in the other thread, I have the same problem, and I think it's because both codes are just dlc complements to the full game. They are the dlc Arcade Edition and Ultra edition, but not the full Arcade Edition game. We need the full game, either
Arcade or Super.

If you go to the store, the full game SSFIV Arcade Edition is showing the buying option, not the "play now" or "download again".

But if you go to dlc, the Arcade and Ultra upgrades show as purchased.

I Hope Microsoft can send a redeem code for the full game, or unlocks it for all the people affected.
