Street fighter Collection Preorder bonus not working

I’ve preordered The Street Fighter Collection on the Xbox One Store and the bonus for preordering is a copy of Super Street Figher 4 Arcade Edition and the Ultra Editon Update DLC. The message on the store says the Xbox Live Messanger with send the codes
within 7-10 day of release of the collection but the game comes out at 9pm PST and I have received my codes yet. I do own Super Street Figher 4 Arcade Edition but not the Ultra Editon Update DLC. Can I get some help here?

Comprei o jogo Street Fighter 30th anniversary collection na pré venda e não ganhei os jogos bonus Street Fighter 4 e Ultra Street Fighter 4. O que está acontecendo?

 

I preordered Street fighter 30th anniversary collection and didn't recive my redeem code for USF4

with my preorder of street fighter 30th anniversary collection I was supposed to recive a redeem code for ultra street fighter 4

7 to 10 days after the realease

 

*haven’t received the codes

 

I have contacted Xbox support twice, they told me that we can only post here or e-mail Capcom USA at L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** as our only chance to get the codes. That technically it is 10 business days, so that none of us have a case
until June 13th when the 10 business days will have ended. I have made two posts here and no answers, I have not gotten my codes either, and that we should all wait until after June 13th to raise concerns and that it isn't a big deal as it isn't like anyone
is going to die, and we will eventually get the codes after time. This was told to me by Xbox Support specialists Paul and Randy. I really hope someone will contact someone and help to get us our codes. Microsoft isn't doing anything, Capcom isn't doing
anything....
