    Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection Pre-Order bonus


    I Bought the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection, and the Pre-Order Bonus Content was listed to message me Codes for Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition and the Upgrate for Ultra Street Fighter 4 DLC. The Page listed that the Codes should be delivered
    to people who preorder the game 7-10 days after the game has launched. It stated nothing about business days. The game released on May 29th, which should mark June 8th's as the 10th day the Two codes should drop. I called Xbox support, and paul told me
    that I needed to post on the forum here in order to contact someone with any ability to send codes to my account. I asked if there was anyone else I could contact, or any numbers to look up, and he told me that answers can only be provided to this forum.

    I didn't get my pre-order bonus

    I pre-ordered the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection with pre-order bonuses but after weeks I still haven't received my pre-order bonuses.

    Can anyone help?

    I have not received promotion codes for pre-order

    I pre-ordered street fighter 30th anniversary collection in 03/18. The pre-order description stated that you will receive Super street fighter 4, and the ultra add on with purchase of said pre-order. Also, that you will receive the promotion 7 - 10 days
    after the release of Street fighter 30th anniversary collection. I have not received the promotion.

    Ultra Street Fighter IV Backwards Compatibility Issue

    Ultra street fighter IV is actually a DLC that is shown as available, not it's own game. I was wondering if that had anything to do with it. Also weren't prepurchases of the 30th Street Fighter Anniversary collection given Ultra Street Fighter IV?
